Brothers, Investors, Humans

There is a moment in every family when you must choose:
To suffer your inheritance — or to transform it.
To stay silent — or speak honestly.
To drift apart — or build something together.

For us, that moment came abruptly, with the loss of our father. We could have let everything fall apart. The grief was intense, the stakes were high, and we had no roadmap. But something held firm: a bond of brotherhood, of shared values, of unspoken loyalty.

We decided to form a team. Two brothers. Two minds. Two temperaments. But one shared intention: to turn our family legacy into a foundation, not a battlefield.

That’s how our partnership at Next Momentum Capital began.

We taught ourselves how to manage a full-spectrum portfolio:

  • Private equity, by identifying projects aligned with our convictions,
  • Public markets, by navigating with clarity and discipline,
  • Real estate, by investing wisely without compromising purpose,
  • Governance, by designing a healthier, more resilient family dynamic.

But the hardest part wasn’t technical. The hardest part was human. We had to learn how to communicate. How to listen. How to disagree without wounding.

How to negotiate with our egos, our histories, and our visions of the future.

We had to build a fraternal pact — one that allowed honesty without fear, decisions without betrayal, and individuality without threatening the common ground.

That pact has shaped our way of investing.

Because brotherhood, when well nurtured, is an incredible space for developing real governance.

It demands clarity.

It cultivates resilience.

It brings blind spots into the light and forces mutual growth.

To those who think family investing is too risky, we say: Yes, it’s demanding. But when done well, it’s also a source of deep trust, intelligence, and meaning.

Next Momentum Capital was born from this commitment. Two brothers choosing not to repeat the past — But to build something living, structured, and aligned with what truly matters.
